TO BUY DIRECT FROM OUR CD INVENTORY

Our CD library is here mostly for the purpose of allowing people to see what we have and to be able to verify ownership to us so that they don't need to send their own records to us for recording. We will also be putting up a song list soon for these same purposes.

Although we don't advertise our collection as being for sale, that doesn't mean that we are unwilling to sell to you, in fact, in many cases we have more than one CD of the same title on hand.

Of course selling our stock is at our own discretion, and in some cases we have very rare items which we are not willing to let go of

To inquire about the sale of any of our inventory items, feel free to drop us an e-mail, tell us that you were at our Meridian Thunder site, and list the titles your interested in buying.

We will get back to you via e-mail right away and let you know if we are willing to sell those items and what price they would be.

You may ask about titles you don't see as well, for we have fantastic connections with the importers and can usually find ANY title, even the ones that are so called "UNAVAILABLE"!

It is illegal according to copyright laws for anyone including us to record copyrighted material onto CD and sell it to you, the public. It is NOT illegal for us to make a copy of the material which you already own onto another format. In other words if you have some 8-track carteidges that you paid retail prices for back in the day, it is legal for you to have them reproduced onto cassette tape, or if you have a record album, it is legal for you to have it reproduced on tape or CD, as long as it is ONE copy of YOUR original purchase, and is used for YOUR personal use only. We therefore will NOT make duplicate copies even if you own the original material. We will make you ONE, Personal copy, in another format, (CD-R), of the copyrighted product you already own ONLY. This is to protect the rights of the copyright. The Verification Statement you send is to protect both the copyright as well as you and me as buyer and seller. The document has to be signed and you must be over the age of 18 to legally be bound by your signature. All responsibilty of copyright infringement will then be on the buyer. So, be cautious not to state ownership in a fraudulent manner. All monies spent on such transaction is for the purpose of paying for materials being used and time and labor of our creative service, you are NOT paying for the copyrighted material a second time!
